Lemon Pie

Ingredients

small graham cracker pie crusts
8
ozs softened cream cheese
2
cans sweetened condensed milk
4
egg yolks
2/3
cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
1.
Blend together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks. Blend in lemon juice.
2.
Pour equal amounts into crusts. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and refrigerate. Top cooled pies with whipped cream and keep refrigerated.
