Creamy Artichoke Dip

I got this recipe from my neighbor, Pat Power. She served it at the Luckey Point Book Club.

Ingredients

can (14 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4
cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup finely chopped and drained sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
1
tbsp grated parmesan cheese (could use a little more - according to taste
Directions
1.
Mix together in a small chopper or food processor to blend. Serve with chips or crackers.
2.
The recipe calls for you to put this on toasted small bread (as bruschetta) and broil for one minute. Pat says she likes it better as a dip.
