Snow Peas With Ginger

Ingredients

tbsp neutral oil
1
tsp minced ginger
2
cups snow peas
1
tbsp soy sauce
1
tbsp dark sesame oil
salt & pepper
Directions
1.
Heat oil over high heat in 10-12" skillet.
2.
1 minute later add ginger and snow peas, stir and toss occasionally util they are lightly browned and their green color is vivid, about 2 minutes.
3.
Add soy sauce and transfer to a platter. Add the sesame oil to the same pan and heat for about 10 seconds. Pour over the snow peas, season with salt & pepper and serve immediately.
