Smoked Salmon Hash Browns

Ingredients

pkg simply potatoes, hash browns

cans (5 oz) each) wild alaskan salmon
1/2
cup chopped green onion
1
cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4
tsp black pepper
2
tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
1.
Combine potatoes, salmon, onion, bell pepper and black pepper in large bowl; mix well
2.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add potato mixture; pat down evenly in skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until bottom is crisp and brown. Turn over in large pieces. Cook 2-3 minutes or until both sides are browned.
