Mild chili recipe from Geri

Ingredients

lb ground beef, browned and drained

can kidney beans

cans tomato sauce

cans water
1
tbsp vinegar
1/2
packet chili seasoning
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
cup chopped onion
Directions
1.
Combine all. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and saltines.
