Beef Rolls With Gravy

Ingredients

lb ground beef

cup breadcrumbs
1/2
cup water
8
ozs cream cheese
1
cup flour
2
tbsp butter
2
tbsp flour
1 1/2
cups beef broth
1/2
cup sour cream
Directions
1.
Combine beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and water in large bowl. Mix until moist.
2.
Divide cream cheese into 8 cubes.
3.
Form meat into balls using 1/3 c. measuring cup. Dredge meat balls in flour.
4.
Melt butter in frying pan. Brown rolls on all sides, cover and cook 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
5.
Stir 2 Tbsp. flour into pan drippings. Slowly add broth, whisking to keep smooth. Cook gravy until thickened.
6.
Remove gravy from heat and stir in sour cream.
7.
Serve over rice.
