Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

large eggs, whisked
1
cup dry Italian-style bread crumbs
3/4
cup fresh grated Parmesan
4
pork loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1
tsp salt (more to taste)
1
tsp pepper (more to taste)

tbsp olive oil
Directions
1.
Place eggs, bread crumbs, and cheese in three separate pie plates.
2.
Sprinkle chops generously with salt and pepper.
3.
Coat chops completely with cheese, patting to adhere.
4.
Dip chops in eggs, then coat completely in bread crumbs.
5.
Heat 3 Tbsp. of oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chops and cook until center temp reaches 150 degrees, about 6 minutes per side.
