Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1
bar cream cheese
1
packet hidden valley ranch dip mix
1
box Panko crumbs
4
tbsp butter
Directions
1.
Butterfly chicken breasts and pound out to even thickness all around.
2.
Combine cream cheese and dip mix, spread evenly over chicken breasts.
3.
Fold chicken breasts in half and coat in Panko crumbs.
4.
Saute chicken in butter until cooked through.
