Roasted Vegetables

The best addition to a burger or a meal for a hungry couple!

Ingredients
1
tsp fresh rosemary
red skin potatoes
sweet potatoes
turnips, peeled
carrots, peeled
parsnips, peeled
1
container grape tomatoes
olive oil
Directions
1.
Cut all vegetables into 1-2" cubes, put all i a large bowl. Pour olive oil over the vegetables liberally.
2.
Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray. Pour vegetables on pan and sprinkle liberally with sea salt, pepper, spike and rosemary.
3.
Roast in a 400 degree oven until tender and starting to crisp.
