Baked Brisket

I got this recipe from my sister in law, Angie Grebner.

Ingredients

beef brisket
1
bottle of chili sauce
1
can of cola (not diet
1
package onion soup mix
Directions
1.
Place whole beef brisket in roasting pan, fat side up Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 to 5 hours until fork tender.
2.
Remove all fat from brisket and slice against grain. Place sauce in refrigerator and allow fat to solidify. Remove fat from sauce. Return meat and gravy to pan and heat for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
