Gluten Free Biscuits

A buttery biscuit that doesn't even taste gluten free!

Ingredients

cups Pamela's baking mix
1/2
cup almond flour
3
tbsp gluten free polenta
6
tbsp butter
1
cup milk
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix baking mix, almond flour and polenta together.
3.
Cut in butter. Add milk and mix until well combined. Scoop onto baking sheets.
4.
Cook for 18-20 minutes.
