Fruitcrisp

Crisp may not beat pie, but it its up there!

Ingredients
Topping

stick butter, salted, sliced into 16 slices
1/2
cup brown sugar
3/4
cup rolled oats
3/4
cup flour or Pamela's baking mix
1
tsp cinnamon
1/8
tsp sea salt
Filling
5
cups fresh blueberries or other seasonal fruit
2
tbsp Pamela's baking mix
1
tsp cinnamon
2
tbsp sugar
1
tbsp lemon juice
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Add all topping ingredients into food processor and pulse until course, crumbly texture.
3.
Add all filling ingredients in medium bowl and toss together.
4.
Pour into pie plate. Pour topping over fruit carefully and pat down.
5.
Place pie plate on cookie sheet in hot oven for 40 minutes or until top is golden and filling is bubbly.
6.
Allow to cool and thicken.
