Cilantro Rice

A perfect side for the mango curry and tilapia.

Ingredients

cup basmati rice
2
cups vegetable broth
1
tbsp olive oil
1/2
cup cilantro, finely chopped
Directions
1.
Heat oil in 1 1/2 quart sauce pan. Add rice and stir. Add broth, bring to boil, turn to simmer for 20 minutes. Add cilantro and stir to combine.
