Coconut Caramel Pies

stick margarine

coconut (flaked

cup chopped pecans

can eagle brand milk

softened cream cheese

cool whip
2
deep dish pie shells
caramel ice cream topping
Directions
1.
mix the melted butter, coconut and nuts together. Put on a cookie sheet and brown under the broiler. You will have to stir a couple times and watch closely to keep from burning.
2.
Beat eagle brand milk and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
3.
Cook pie shells and let cool
4.
In cooled pie shells, layer 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and one half of the coconut mixture, then top with some caramel topping. Repeat this process for the second layer.
5.
Chill and serve.
