Pumpkin Sheet Cake

This is like a pumpkin roll but quicker and easier.

Ingredients

oz can pumkin

cups sugar

cup oil

eggs, slightly beaten

cups flour

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

tsp salt
frosting

oz cream cheese, softened

tbsp margarine
1
tsp vanilla
1 3/4
cups powdered sugar
3-4
tsp milk
Directions
1.
Beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs: mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour in greased 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Let cool: frost.
2.
Frosting: Cream vanilla, butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Add milk until desired spreading consistency.
