Hot Pepper Butter

This is Grandma Cole's favorite sandwich spread.

Ingredients
40-50
hot peppers, ground (use more yellow or green peppers with a few red for color)

qt of prepared mustard
1
qt of cider vinegar
1
tbsp salt
6
cups sugar
Directions
1.
Stirring continuously, bring above ingredients to a boil (I cook it a little bit) then add 1 1/2 cups flour mixed with 1 pint of cold water, to thicken. You can cold pack the jars and cook for 15 minutes or I prefer to pack it hot, in hot jars, with hot lids, and seal.
