Mexican Fruitcake

Ingredients

cups flour

cups sugar

eggs

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup chopped nuts
1
can (20 oz) crushed pineapple undrained
icing
8
oz cream cheese
1/2
cup butter softened
2
cups powdered sugar
1
tsp vanilla
2
tbsp milk
Directions
1.
Mix together cake ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven. Mix the icing while cake is baking and ice cake while it is still hot.
