Amazing Peanut Sauce

This is from the Graham's Flat Belly Cookbook...does this mean if you eat this sauce you will always have a flat belly?!

cup chunky natural unsalted peanut butter

cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/3
cup light coconut milk

tbsp packed brown sugar
2
tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1
tbsp fish sauce
1
tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
1/8
tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
1.
Combine the peanut butter, broth, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, and red-pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes or until very smooth and slightly thickened.
