Whisk milk, cream, sugar and olive oil in a bowl together. Whisk flour slowly into the batter with salt.

In a small 6” oiled, nonstick sauté pan, over medium high heat, add 2 tablespoon of batter into the middle of the pan and swirl around until pan is evenly coated. Cook for a minute or until sides have form a slight crust. Flip crepe over and cook for 30 seconds.

Continue to cook until batter runs out. To keep crepes warm while you are cooking, keep finished crepes in a 200F oven until ready to serve.

Serve crepes with Nutella, sliced strawberries, bananas and whatever else you may desire
