Bitchin' Bbq Flank Steak

Great for a family BBQ or any time your feeling like having a good ol steak mmmm mmmm

Ingredients

flank steaks
2
tbsp vinegar
3/4
cup oil
1/2
cup soya sauce
2
tbsp honey
1 1/2
tsp fresh grated ginger
1 1/2
tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1
large onion, cut into slices
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients together except the onion and the flank steak.
2.
Lay the slices of onion on the bottom of your marinating dish (large zip lock bags work too!).
3.
Place the steaks on top of the onion slices and pour the marinade over top. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
4.
Barbecue the steaks for 7 to 10 minutes per side. Slice the steak very thin and across the grain of the meat (very important!)
5.
Serve and prepare to faint! Great hot or cold!
