Risotto

you will have enough sauce to serve 8 people but you will need to increase the amounts of broth and rice

Ingredients

pd ground beef
1
pkg chicken livers
1
pkg with chicken gizzards and hearts
1
onion diced
1
can whole tomatoes juices drained
1
can tomato jiuce
2
cups aborio rice
2
cartons chicken broth
Directions
1.
cut up chicken liver, hearts and gizzards,

saute onion then add meat until browned
3.
add drained tomatoes then mash with potato masher, then add tomato juice
4.
bring to a boil then let simmer on med to low for 2 hours
5.
in a seperate pot bring chicken broth to a boil the set on low
6.
in a large saute pan add olive oil and rice and saute for 2 mins, add a ladle of hot broth stirring continously until broth has absorbed, continue to do this with remaining broth, 1 ladle at a time, you will usually use all the broth
7.
when rice finished add t a large serving bowl and add enough sauce to mix
