Cook rice in stock. At the same time, saute chicken fillets. When chicken is nearly cooked, add green peppers. When rice, chicken and peppers are cooked, combine: hot rice, chicken and peppers, salsa, and corn. Serve with grated cheese on top (optional but tasty).
