Buckeye Balls

Yield: 8-12 balls, depending on size.

Ingredients

gr (1 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder
42
gr (2 tbsp) Honey or Agave
32
gr (2 tbsp) Natural Peanut Butter
2
oz Dark Chocolate
Directions
1.
1. Put the protein powder in a bowl, then the honey and stir

2. Pour in the peanut butter (creamy PB is easier than chunky)
3.
3. Stir until everything is incorporated (it takes a while, but if you need more honey or something, add it now)

4. Roll into balls with your hands, and refrigerate until firm (10 minutes it fine)

5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave at thirty-second intervals, stirring in between each one, until melted (use more chocolate if you want to coat nearly the entire buckeye ball. Just poke with a toothpick and dip into the chocolate).

6. Dip the protein ball into the chocolate and set on a piece of parchment paper.
7.
7. Once done with the rest of the balls, refrigerate until firm. Take out 10 minutes before serving to soften up.
