Rinse the Salmon & put in a large glass dish skin side down, season w/salt, pepper & parsley

Broil for 4 minutes

Flip over, broil until skin starts to bubble & pop

Take out of oven and with a fork pull skin off (should be crispy)

Season this side with salt, pepper & parsley

Return to oven. Broil for about 2 minutes. Take out and coat with BBQ Sauce. Return to oven for about three minutes or so. Do not overlook. It is perfect when the fish flakes in chunks & looks wet and deep color.
