Tex Mex Chilaquiles

cups green salsa
3
cups leftover cooked turkey or chicken, shredded
4-6
oz corn tortilla chips

cup sour cream
1
cup jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1
cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2
tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 425 Degrees. Spray a large, deep ovenproof skillet with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of the salsa on bottom of skillet. Add 1 cup of the shredded turkey/chicken, 1/3 of the chips, 1/3 cup of sour cream, & 2/3 cup of the cheese. Repeat with remaining salsa, meat, chips, sour cream, and cheese to make two more layers. Bake for 10 minutes, or until hot and cheese has melted. Top with fresh cilantro.
