Fish Sticks

Healthy alternative to frozin fish sticks and liked by adults and finicky kids.

Ingredients

cup flour
1
cup panko bread crumbs
2
eggs, lightly beaten
1/4
cup milk
seasoned salt
1
lb fish, partially frozen & cut into fish stick size pieces
1/4
cup olive oil
Directions
1.
Set up 3 shallow bowls of flour first, egg & milk mixture second and lastly panko.
2.
Sprinkle fish well with seasonin salt.
3.
Coat fish.
4.
Heat olive oil & fry or bake in 400F oven on parchment lined baking sheet for 15-20 min turning halfway
