Best Crab Sauce Ever

When my sisters and I were kids we would go crabbing and my mom (the nonna) would make the most delicious crab sauce! Just wait until you try it!!!!

Ingredients

large white or yellow onions1/2 head of garlic

qt boiling water

crabs
4
cans (12 oz) of tomato paste
1
cup fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2
cups of olive oil
pepper and salt to taste
Directions
1.
pour all oil in large pot. chop onions and garlic and add to pot cooking until clear. add all tomato paste. cook on med low heat until paste looks like ground hamburger. about 30 min. Add boiling water 3 cups at a time stirring constantly.Add fresh parsley salt and pepper. cook 10 more min. Add crabs. Cook at low heat for another 2 hours. stir often.
