Carmel Corn

Ingredients

qt popped corn
1/2
tsp salt
1
cup butter
2
cups brown sugar
1/2
cup dark or white corn syrup
1/2
tsp baking soda
Directions
1.
Mix salt, butter, sugar and syrup together and boil for 5 minutes. Mix in soda and pour over popcorn and place in oven and bake very slow.
2.
Oven should not be over 250* and stir every 15 minutes so it does not burn.
