Cottage cheese cooked in tomato and butter sauce

Ingredients

cups (1/2 cup) butter

1 large onion (chopped)

4 cloves of garlic (chopped)

1 inch ginger (chopped)

2 large tomatoes (chopped)

400 gm paneer (cubed and fried)

2 green bell peppers

cashew nuts (chopped) and almonds (chopped)

cup (1/2 cup) cream, 1/2 cup water

tsp (1/2 tsp) cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp fenugreek leaves, 1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp tomato paste

tsp (1/2 tsp) garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions
1.
In a Vessel: butter, sauté cumin, onion, ginger, garlic. Remove and blend. Set aside.

In the same vessel: sauté tomatoes, cashew nuts, almonds. Remove and blend. Set aside.

In the same vessel: sauté bay leaf, crushed cardamom. Add onion paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder. Sauté well then add the blended tomato paste, fried cottage cheese and green bell peppers. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
Finally add cream, 1 tsp sugar, garam masala, black pepper powder, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and fried nuts.
