Easiest Oreo Truffles

I promise this will be a hit! Plus...we all love easy delights!

Ingredients

oreo cookies

pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened (regular, light or fat free
16
oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
colored sugar sprinkles
Directions
1.
1. Place OREOs in a food processor, pulse until crumbs are smooth.
2.
2. Add Cream Cheese to food processor and mix until evenly incorporated.
3.
3. Roll 1 in. "dough" balls out of the cookie and cream cheese mixture.
4.
4. Place balls onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
5.
5. Put cookie sheet of balls in the freezer/fridge for at least 15 minutes to chill while completing the next step.
6.
6. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

7. Using a toothpick to hold the dough ball, coat with melted chocolate.
8.
8. Decorate top with colored sugar
9.
8. Return to the lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for one hour.
10.
Serve and Enjoy!
