Buffalo Chicken Wings

Careful - not too spicy!!!

Ingredients

lb chicken wings
1/2
cup melted butter
1/4
cup hot sauce
1
tbs flour
1
cup vegetable oil
1/2
cup corn starch
egg wash
Directions
1.
Add flour and hot sauce to melted butter. Mix well and keep on low heat.
2.
Dredge chicken wings in corn starch, then egg wash, then corn starch again.
3.
Place in frying pan and cook until light golden brown.
4.
Add cooked chicken to sauce and mix well. Eat right away so they don't get soggy.
5.
Be sure to use a grease guard over the frying pan so that you don't create a murder scene of oil.
