Red Pepper Dip

Never underestimate the power of a great, healthy dip to get a party off to a cheery start.

a 15.5-oz. jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained (1 cup)

fresh red chile pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped

oz soft goat cheese or cream cheese, cut up

tbs olive oil
1
tbs honey
1
clove garlic, quartered
1
tbs snipped fresh rosemary
Directions
1.
In food processor combine all ingredients except rosemary. Cover; process until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Stir in rosemary. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
