Sara's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Don't ever let anyone know how easy this is to make!!!!

Ingredients
1
can artichoke hearts (drained)
1
package frozen chopped spinach
3/4
package cream cheese (softened)
6
ozs sour cream
1
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp onion powder
1
tsp red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Dice artichoke hearts (but try to get Chris to do this, because it's a real pain in the ass)
2.
Heat the frozen block of spinach in a small sauce pan with water until ice is melted. Some people prefer to use a microwave to complete this step, but those people suck.
3.
Drain the spinach in a collander and remove excess water by squeezing.
4.
In a medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and all spices. Mix until well blended. Add additional seasoning after tasting, as necessary.
5.
For best results, chill overnight and serve the next day. Serve warm with Tostitos Scoops. Warning - highly addictive.
