Sara's Salmon

Steamed using a foil "packet"

Ingredients
1
lb salmon filet
1
clove garlic (minced)
1
tsp onion powder
1
tbs capers
1
tbs fresh dill (minced)
juice from 1/2 of a lemon
salt & pepper
Directions
1.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2.
Remove the salmon skin if possible, then place the salmon filet on a large sheet of foil.
3.
Spread the minced garlic, dill, & capers on the salmon filet.
4.
Sprinkle with onion powder, salt, & pepper, then squeeze lemon juice on top.
5.
Enclose the filet in the foil, creating a "packet."
6.
Place the packet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. (For a more rustic and crispy result, place packet over an open flame, such as a campfire).
7.
Once plated, finish with additional sprigs of dill & lemon.
