Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

small onion
2/3
cup tarragon vinegar
2/3
cup sugar
2
tsp dry mustard
2
tsp salt
Directions
1.
Put 1 small onion in a blender or food processor, pulse to grind.
2.
Then add tarragon vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, and salt. Mix.
3.
Slowly pour in 2 cups vegetable oil with blender running. It will emulsify to a creamy consistency. Turn off and add 3 tbsp. poppy seed. Pulse to blend. Mandarin oranges drained well toasted slivered almonds.
