Cheesy Potatoes

If desired, substitute frozen hash browns with fresh potatoes.

Ingredients

can of cream of mushroom soup
1
two pound bag of frozen hash browns
1
stick of margarine
1
medium onion
1
eight ounce container of sour cream
1
brick of sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
1.
Chop onion
2.
Combine soup, sour cream, and chopped onion in a bowl with hash browns
3.
Use part of the cheddar cheese to mix in with the potatoes.
4.
Melt the stick of margarine and pour it in the bottom of a 13”X9” glass baking pan
5.
Add potato mixture
6.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top
7.
Bake at 375º for one hour
