Chilli Tofu

Make Chilli Tofu Recipes at Home.

Ingredients

bowl tofu /paneer, cubes
1
medium sized onion, sliced
1
large green capsicum, thinly sliced
1
small sized tomato, diced

4 green chillies ,chopped
1/2
tsp Ginger Paste
1/2
tsp Garlic Paste
1/2
tsp Black Pepper Powder
1
pinch turmeric powder
1
(2 tbsp) green bell peppers
1
tbsp Chilli Sauce
1
tbsp Soya Sauce
2
tbsp Corn Flour
1
tsp Vinegar
1
tsp Sesame Seeds (for Garnishing
1
bunch green onion( for garnishing
water as required
oil for fry
salt to taste
Directions
1.
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well
2.
Step 2: Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies .Cook frequently for few minutes
