lbr daun salam

santan dari 1 butir kelapa
2
batang serai --> digeprek
haluskan bumbu dibawah yang semua dibakar terlebih dahulu
3
bh cabai merah

btr bawang merah
4
siung bawang putih
4
buah kemiri
2
cm lengkuas
1
sdt terasi
1
sdt gula pasir
1
sdt garam
1
bh wortel
Directions
1.
Cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, iris serong tipis
2.
Kupas labu siam, iris seperti batang korek api.
3.
Kupas petai, iris kecil memanjang.
4.
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
5.
Masukkan cabai iris, daun salam, serai.
6.
Setelah harum masukkan petai aduk rata.
7.
Tuang santan, masak setengah matang, masukan labusiam, masak hingga bahan masak, angkat.
8.
Hidangkan dengan ketupat / lontong, beserta telor balado, orek tempe dan ayam opor / goreng.
