'Mio' Mixed Salad

I love salads so much and always trying to make my children love it, so i keep add the ingrediant they love more. Finally i got this lovely rich and healthy recipe which they love the most.

Ingredients

cucumber
1
sweet green pepper ( bill pepper

medium tomato
some lettuce leaves (any kind you prefer
some black olives (optional
some sweet corn beans (1 oz. can, optional
some red kidney beans
1-2
minced gloves of garlic
1
tbsp of apple (cider) vineger
2
tbsp lemon juice
2
tbsp olive oil
1
tsp dry oregano
1
tsp dry basil
dash of salt (optional
1
peace of white french feta cheese cut in small cubes. (or any kind of white feta cheese
Directions
1.
Cut 1-2 cucumber, sweet green pepper, tomato, lettuce (any kind you prefer), in medium pieces, some black olives (optional), some sweet corn (optional), some red kidney beans, then shred a carrot and mix it with other ingredients.

Dressing: this what makes it special. Mix together 1-2 minced gloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of apple (cider) vinegar, 2tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon dry oregano, 1 teaspoon dry basil, salt (optional).
3.
Put the dressing on the salad mix and toss it a little, then cut some squares of white feta cheese and spread it on the top.
