One Dish Italian Chicken, Green Bean And Potato Supper

When I have little time to make a complete supper, this is my go-to one dish meal. (If you want low carb, substitute potatoes for another vegetable)

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts
2
cans cans of cut green beans
2
potatoes - whatever raw potatoes you have handy (2-3 small russets or 4-5 red); sliced and cubed
1/2
stick of butter
1
packet of dry italian dressing mix
Directions
1.
Melt butter in the microwave for a few seconds then whisk in the dry Italian dressing mix.
2.
Arrange the chicken, green beans, and potatoes in a 9x13 baking dish, top with the butter and dressing mix, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for about an hour. Tah-Dah! Dinner is done!
