Roast Beef Horseradish Cheese Baked Sliders

These are the best appetizers you will ever make! You can even incorporate these into a nice sandwich for lunch. The horseradish cheese really makes the whole dish come together!

Ingredients
1
yellow onion, thinly sliced

tbs butter, divided
1
tbs brown sugar
1
tsp salt
12
kings hawaiian rolls
12
slices of horseradish cheddar cheese
12
slices of roast beef deli meat
1/4
tsp oregano, dried
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium low heat
3.
Add in the onion, brown sugar and salt, stir and cook until soften, 5 to 10 minutes; remove to a bowl and set aside.
4.
Place the bottom of the rolls in a baking dish
5.
Lay out 6 slices of cheese over the roll bottoms
6.
Place 1 slice of roast beef on each roll, you will have to bunch it up to fit
7.
Spoon about a tsp of the onions over each roast beef slice
8.
Lay out the remaining 6 slices of cheese over the top of those and place the tops of the roll on top of the cheese
9.
Melt remaining butter and brush over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with the oregano
10.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melty and great
