Creamy Delicious Lobster Bisque

Lobster Bisque is a great soup to eat during the summer time at a barque or in your own house. This soup is so thick and creamy and is made with many delicious ingredients like celery and onions.

lobsters

cups tomato taste
1/2
cup of chopped onions
1
chopped celery stick

sprigs flat-leaf parsley
6
cups of heavy cream
1
cup of cream sherry
1
tbs of ground black pepper
1/4
cup of corn starch
10
cups of stock
Directions
1.
Boil a large pot of water with enough water to submerge lobsters in the water. Boil Lobsters for 20 minutes then take lobsters out of pot but, leave water in the pot. Pour 10 Cups of Stock into clean pot with lobster meat and put on low heat. Add 1 cup of tomato paste and cook on low heat while stirring occasionally and saute the onions and celery for 30 minutes. Pour 1/2 tomato paste and black pepper into pan with the celery and onions. To finish the bisque add the heavy cream and cream of sherry and stir slowly for another 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes is done you will have a thick creamy lobster bisque.
