Hershey Kiss Cookies

It's great because you're like, "Hey, a lumpy cookie, I'll try one," but then, it's not just a lumpy cookie, it's a lumpy cookie with chocolate on the inside! Whaaaaaaaat? You did not see that coming!

Ingredients

Hershey kisses
1
cup of butter, softened
1/3
cup granulated sugar
1/3
cup packed light brown sugar
1
tsp vanilla
2
cups flour
1
cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
1.
Remove wrappers from Hershey kisses.
2.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
3.
Add flour and blend until smooth.
4.
Stir in mini chocolate chips.
5.
Mold scant tablespoon dough around each Hershey kiss, covering completely.
6.
Shape into ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
7.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set.
8.
Cool slightly and move cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
