cup Heavy Cream

cup Salted Butter

tsp Orange Extract

tsp Nutmeg

tsp Allspice

tsp Liquid Stevia

tsp Ground Clove

tsp Ground Ginger
cinnamon "sugar" coating

cup Butter, melted
1/4
cup Eryhritol (or xylitol)

Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat stirring occasionally. Powder the erythritol and whole clove twig in a spice grinder(or use pre-ground clove). Mix all dry ingredients. Once butter is browned, cool. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl and mix using an electric mixer. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing. Place dough into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Melt ¼ cup of butter in a saucepan combine cinnamon and stevia(any zero cal. sweetener). Dip cooled muffins into butter than “sugar” mixture only covering the top.
