cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

tbs Almond Flour

tbs Coconut Flour

large egg

tsp Italian Seasoning

oz Ham

oz Cheddar Cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 400. Melt Mozzarella in the microwave. Combine flours and seasonings in a mixing bowl, then place melted mozzarella on top and mix it in. Then add in the egg and combine everything. Transfer mixture to parchment paper and lay another sheet of parchment paper on top. Use a rolling pin to flatten it out. Use a pizza cutter and cut diagonal lines from edge to center, leaving a row of dough untouched about 4 inches wide. Alternate laying ham and cheese on the uncut dough. Then lift one section of dough laying it over the top covering the filling. Bake from 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
