clove garlic

tsp Parsley

tbs red onion

tbs walden farms mayo

tsp Spicy Brown Mustard (can be left out)
salt
pepper
Directions

Chop up the Chicken or Tuna, Avocado, Celery, and Red onion. Mix all the ingredients, and enjoy!
