Wild Rice Stuffing

Favorite all time stuffing!

Ingredients

cup of uncooked whole grain rice
1
cup of sliced mushrooms
1
medium onion chopped
1
medium celery stalk chopped
1
chopped carrot
2
tbsp butter
32
of chicken broth
5
cups of herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
Directions
1.
Spray 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
2.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except stuffing cubes.
3.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
4.
Gently stir in stuffing mixture cover and cook for 45 minutes.
