Flat Bread Pizzas With Garlic Bread Crust

A family favorite to make lower carb pizzas

Ingredients
4
lower carbohydrate wraps, such as flatouts
1
tsp vegetable oil-based buttery spread
1/2
tsp garlic powder
8
tbsp red pasta sauce, divided
2
cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese (made with 2% milk), divided
2
Italian seasoning blend

turkey pepperoni slices (optional

cup diced vegetables of your choice, divided (optional
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. For easy clean-up, spray a sheet of aluminum foil and place on the baking sheet.
3.
Place the lower carbohydrate wrap on top of the sprayed baking sheet.
4.
Melt the buttery spread. Use a pastry brush to brush melted spread onto the edges of the wrap.
5.
Shake the garlic powder onto the melted spread.
6.
Spread 2 tbsp red pasta sauce on the remaining middle area of the wrap.
7.
Spread 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top of the pasta sauce.
8.
Shake 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning on top of the cheese.
9.
Spread optional pepperoni and diced vegetables on top of the cheese.
10.
Repeat for each pizza.
11.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted.
