Island Pork Tenderloin

A yummy recipe from Aunt shelly.

Ingredients
for pork

tsp salt

tsp freshly ground black pepper

tsp ground cumin
1
tsp chili powder
1
tsp ground cinnamon

pork tenderloins( 2 1/4-2 1/2 lbs. total
2
tbsp olive oil
glaze
1
cup packed brown sugar
2
tbsp chopped garlic
1
tbsp tabasco
Directions
1.
Pork: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, coat pork with spice rub. Heat oil in oven proof heavy skillet over medium high heat, brown pork, turning occasionally, about 4 minutes total. Remove from heat.

Glaze: Stir together and pat mixture onto pork tenderloin. Roast about 20 minutes. Let pork stand in skillet, loosely covered with foil, for 10 minutes.
3.
Cut pork, arrange on platter, and pour juices over pork.
