Sugar Snap Beans

Every now and then you need a good veggie. BUT, remember when we tried the Snap Beans at Zea's in New Orleans. We were dancin' and emphasizin'! Now those were good!

Ingredients
1/2
lb sugar snap peas
1
tbsp olive oil
1
tbsp chopped shallots
1
tsp chopped fresh thyme
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Spread sugar snap peas in a single layer on a medium baking sheet, and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with shallots, thyme, and kosher salt.
3.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven, until tender but firm.
